Qualifications to Receive the $300 New Checking Reward

• Open a new personal checking account at Oostburg State Bank on or after December 1, 2024¹
• Setting up a direct deposit of $500 or more per statement cycle²
• Making at least 10 debit card purchases of $15 or more per statement cycle³

This offer is not eligible for any customer who held an active Oostburg State Bank Personal Checking Account twelve month prior to December 1, 2024¹

• If all qualifications are met, the $300 New Checking Reward will be deposited to the checking account 6 months after account opening.⁴

Requirements to receive the $300 New Checking Reward are as follows:

1. Applies to New Consumer checking accounts opened on or after December 1, 2024. Existing customers are eligible, but only if they have not held an active personal checking account at Oostburg State Bank twelve months prior to December 1, 2024 as a primary or secondary account holder.

2. A qualifying Direct deposit each month of at least $500 in the new checking account. (Qualifying direct deposit is a direct deposit of regular monthly income-such as your salary, pension, Social Security benefits, which are made from your employer or other payor-using account and routing numbers that you provide to them. Non-qualifying transfers and deposits include: teller deposits, wire transfers, non-payroll ACH transfers, bank to bank and/or people to people transfers, debit card transfers, ATM transfers or deposits, online and mobile banking transfers or deposits.)

3. Average monthly balance in the new checking account of $750 or more each month for 6 months after account opening.

4. After you have satisfied all the requirements maintaining the account, we will deposit the Reward into the checking account that was opened. An IRS 1099 form may be issued. You are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes due on the Reward and will report income to the tax authorities if applicable.

5. One account per social security number (SSN) only. In the case of multiple checking accounts being opened using the same social security number, the first opened checking account will receive the reward. This offer cannot be combined with any other offers.

6. Primary account holder must be 18 or older to qualify for the reward.

7. Eligible personal checking accounts are Now Interest Checking, Personal Checking, Power Up Checking, and Senior Checking.
