Scholarship Programs
Supporting Our Local Students
The schools in our surrounding communities have shaped some truly amazing students, and we are pleased to help these grads achieve their educational goals through our scholarship program.
Since its inception in 1997, the Oostburg State Bank scholarship program has awarded well over 100 local students with more than $135,000 in scholarship money.
Each year, Oostburg State Bank awards collegiate scholarships to students entering a four-year collegiate program, and vocational scholarships to students enrolling in a technical or vocational education program.
Awards for both programs are based on a combination of academic status, community involvement, character, and leadership abilities.
While our intention is to provide scholarships to students who are also not currently receiving other substantial scholarships, we encourage all students who meet the requirements to apply.
Applications must be received by April 1.
